Overview

This template is provided for Edumio site setup and should be reviewed before launch.

These Subscription Terms explain how paid Edumio plans, renewals, cancellations, access periods, trials, and billing changes should work.

Plans and Billing

Subscription access begins when payment is accepted or when a free trial starts, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

Recurring plans renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout unless the customer cancels before the renewal date.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an eligible recurring plan from account settings or by contacting support when self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless the plan terms state otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests should be reviewed based on the product purchased, date of purchase, account activity, usage, applicable law, and the terms shown at checkout.

Approved refunds should be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider, bank, and region.

Failed Payments and Plan Changes

If a renewal payment fails, Edumio may retry the payment, request updated billing details, pause access, or cancel the plan after reasonable notice.

Plan upgrades, downgrades, promotional offers, and price changes should follow the terms shown at checkout or in the customer account area.
